What file types are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, email (.eml), and plain text. Scanned paper documents are read automatically using AI vision — no extra steps needed.
Can I search inside PDFs and scanned documents?
Yes. AI extracts text from PDFs, Word, and Excel files automatically. For scanned documents and images, AI vision reads the content — including handwritten text and stamps.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All data is stored on EU cloud infrastructure within the European Union. Your documents never leave the EU.
How does the AI classification work?
When you upload a document, AI extracts the text, classifies the document type (invoice, contract, statement, etc.), detects the language, and extracts metadata like dates, amounts, parties, and reference numbers. All automatically, in seconds.
Do you support Greek documents?
Yes. Full Greek support — classification, metadata extraction, OCR for scanned documents, and AI chat. Ask questions in Greek, get answers in Greek.
How do permissions work?
Four roles: Owner (full control), Admin (manage users and documents), User (upload and edit), Viewer (read-only). Each role sees only what they should.
Can I share documents externally?
Yes. Create secure share links with optional password, expiry date, and view limits. Recipients download without needing an account.
How much does DonkeyDocs cost?
DonkeyDocs is currently invitation-only with a free pilot for early adopters. Pricing plans will be announced soon. Request access to get started at no cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel from Settings at any time.
How many users can I add?
